The system can be of assistance to representatives of local self-government bodies and local authorities, public authorities, civil society institutions that face conflicts in the community in their activities. Also, we are open to all citizens who are parties or participants in social conflicts, including and in the community.

GISMAECR has a comprehensive approach to work with conflicts — from monitoring and analyzing conflicts to their resolution through mediation or dialogue facilitation. The main achievements of the system are constant practice with real conflict cases. .

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the main themes of the conflicts with which the system works have changed. So, the cases with which we worked in the last two years were, for example, the following:

• war-related population migration
• return migration conflicts
• li>conflicts involving IDPs
• conflicts regarding humanitarian aid
• conflicts in de-occupied territories
• conflicts of values ​​and identities
• other social conflicts as both at the community level and at the state level.
